I'm sure I will come here again, but given my preference, I would not do so. While there is a separate area for non-smoking gamblers, it is not walled-off so the smoke invariably drifts over from the smoking area, making your clothes and hair stink just as bad as if you had been sitting in the smoking area. We haven't eaten at the restaurants so I can't comment. There is a gift shop and several restaurants upstairs. The attendants working the casino are attentive and prompt to respond to requests for assistance.
The bathrooms are generally clean and well-stocked. It's better in the summertime because there is live racing (trotters most of the time, some Thoroughbreds as well) on the track and you can spend the day outside. Enjoy thrilling casino action, exciting live harness racing & delicious dining options, all within easy reach at Harrah's Hoosier Racing & Casino in Anderson IN. I do like that there are two levels so if you get bored at the slot machines (as I usually do) you can go upstairs and watch horse racing on the large TVs. It's nice, as far as the layout, and the carpeted floors keeps out the noise. I have been there several times with my husband. I'm not a big one for casinos so I may not be the best person to review this place, but here goes.
